Clothed in My Right Mindਨਮੂਨਾ

Do You Feel Buried?
Scripture: Mark 5:1-20
Testimony:
There are moments in our walk with the Lord when tombs become far too familiar—not the one Jesus was laid in, but the kind that life buries you in while you’re still breathing.
I know those tombs.
I’ve lived in them.
I’ve endured seasons where loneliness wrapped around me like a second skin, even while I was married. I smiled on the outside, showed up where I was supposed to, cared for my family, and did what was expected. But inside? I was unraveling. My mind was under siege. Depression crept in. Fear paralyzed me. Anxiety stole my breath. The pressure of life pressed me down until I couldn’t see a way out. I was battling silently, suffocating quietly—just like the man who lived among the tombs in Mark 5. Alive, but bound. Present, but not whole.
And that’s the part no one talks about.
You can be surrounded by people, sleep beside someone every night, raise children, serve in church, and still feel completely isolated. You can function in public and fall apart in private. You can look strong and still be breaking inside.
But here’s the truth I need you to hear: Jesus doesn’t leave us in those places.
Just like He crossed the sea for one man’s deliverance, He will come through the storm to reach you. He did it for me. I didn’t climb out on my own. I didn’t suddenly “get better.” He came into my dark place. He stepped into my tomb. And he called me out.
This reading plan was written with you in mind, from a heart that understands what it feels like to be buried by life and rescued by grace.
As you move through each day, may the Word breathe life into your dry bones. May it shine light into your hidden places. And may you come to know, deep in your soul, that there is no tomb too dark, too deep, or too shameful for Jesus to call you out of.
He sees you.
He knows.
And he’s coming for you.
