You Can!ਨਮੂਨਾ

Have you ever tried to learn something new—like a skateboard trick, a TikTok dance, or even how to bake something—without any help? It’s way harder than when you have a tutorial or someone to teach you and encourage you.
Life works the same way. We all go through struggles, and sometimes we need support, while other times, we get to be the ones who show up for others. Growing stronger together isn’t just asking for help when you need it, but being someone willing to help others. Keeping an eye out for the people around you can be tough, but when you see something hard happening in another person’s world, ask how you can help, even if you don’t think they need it.
Take a moment to check on a friend today. Ask how they’re really doing, even if they seem fine. You never know how much it might mean to them when you check in.
