You Can!ਨਮੂਨਾ

(VIDEO TRANSCRIPT BELOW)
On long road trips, there are usually two kinds of people: the ones who stop for breaks and the ones who push through the whole way. If you’re in the backseat, it can sometimes feel awkward to ask for a break. But in life, taking breaks isn’t just okay; it’s necessary. Even Jesus took time to rest, and He encouraged His followers to do the same. When they were so busy that they didn’t even have time to eat, Jesus made space for them to slow down. He made space for them to rest! If Jesus valued rest that much, we can trust it’s not a sign of weakness but something essential for all of us.
This week, pray for a way to follow Jesus’ example and choose rest. Ask God to show you what real rest looks like for you. Then, set aside time to pause, recharge, and find rest.
