Have you ever watched a rerun of a sporting event where you knew who the winner would be? It is an interesting experience because a lot of the suspense is gone. When we know how a game ends, it becomes less stressful, even if we still enjoy the sport we are watching. Here is the thing: We know how the “game” of life ends. Jesus wins! When we know what the end will look like, we can let go of some of the stress and anxiety we might feel otherwise. Jesus tells us that we will experience trouble. He is honest with us! But, he also tells us that we can trust that he has already overcome that trouble, that we can trust that he will win in the end. Write down three ways that Jesus impacts your life for the better.
