How to See Godਨਮੂਨਾ

If you made a list of all the things that demand your attention, how long would it be? Each day, we’re bombarded with things fighting for our focus—social media notifications, texts, news alerts, and so much more. But God desires our attention and focus to be on the things above—the things of God! Because wherever we direct our attention, our desires will naturally follow. So, ask yourself: What are you giving your attention to? Is it the temporary things of this world? Or is it the things above? When we give our focus to the eternal, the meaningful, the God-centered, that’s how we see God!

Today, take time to shift your focus. Go for a walk and look for God in the world around you. As you walk, practice thinking about things above and setting your attention there.
