How to See Godਨਮੂਨਾ

One of the toughest battles we’ll ever face is the battle in our minds. We all struggle with lies, insecurities, regrets, and fears. Our thoughts can easily consume us. Before long, one negative thought starts to affect every part of our lives—our mood, our perspective, and how we treat ourselves and others. Paul understood this struggle when he encouraged us to focus on whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and praiseworthy. Our thoughts have the power to either soften or harden our hearts, shaping every aspect of our lives. So let’s focus them on the things of God! That’s the first step in winning the battle in our mind!
Today, take a moment to make a list of things that are true, honorable, just, pure, and lovely. Throughout your day, practice focusing on these things first and foremost. A great place to start? Memorize this verse to guide you!
