The Take Off: It's Bigger Than Youਨਮੂਨਾ

It's Bigger Than You
Have you ever asked someone where they got their shoes, a fire hoodie, or even a good meal, and they refused to tell you? That’s called gatekeeping. And while it might make sense for fashion trends, Christianity is the opposite.
When Jesus changes your life, you don’t keep it to yourself—you share it.
Could you think about the woman at the well (John 4)? She was an outcast with a messy past, but when she met Jesus, everything changed. He knew her sins yet offered her living water—eternal life. Overwhelmed by His grace, she couldn’t keep it to herself. She ran to tell her whole town, and many believed in Jesus because of her.
That’s what happens when you truly encounter Jesus—you can’t help but share Him.
But what happens when we gatekeep the Gospel? When we don’t share our faith out of fear, embarrassment, or feeling unqualified? The reality is that when we stay silent, people miss out on the opportunity to know Him.
Imagine if someone had the cure for cancer but refused to share it. That would be selfish, right? But we have something greater—the cure for eternal separation from God. We have the message that offers eternal life, and keeping it to ourselves isn’t just a missed opportunity; it’s withholding the very thing that could save someone from spiritual death.
Ezekiel 33:8 warns that we bear some responsibility if we see someone in danger and say nothing. While we can’t save anyone—that’s God’s job—we are responsible for pointing them to Him.
We’re not called to be gatekeepers—we’re called to be grace-givers.
Faith isn’t just for you—it’s meant to flow through you. Please don’t keep it to yourself.
Reflection Question:
Who in your life needs to hear about Jesus? Who’s waiting for you to open your mouth and share the same love, grace, and truth that changed your life?
Prayer:
God, thank You for saving me. I don’t want to keep Your love to myself—I want to share it. Give me boldness to speak and open doors to point others to You. Use my life to bring people closer to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
