Following Jesus in Nursing: A Daily Devotional for Caregiversਨਮੂਨਾ

Take one minute, and breathe in and out slowly. Ask Jesus to make his presence known to you. As we come to our Great Caregiver, Jesus, today, what feeling is overwhelming to you right now? Who is on your mind that you are worried about? Do you have a patient you’d like to ask Jesus to help?
Jesus cares deeply about people. He cares for them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. He cares for you in that same way. He sees you and what you are carrying today. He knows how and where you need healing, and he desires to bring healing to a hurting world. You uniquely reflect that caregiver nature as a nurse caring for others. However, we cannot give others what we have not experienced first. Spending time with your great Caregiver daily will let him care for you as you care for others. –Grateful for you, Jen
Ask Jesus to share his compassion and concern for our hurting world and your patients.
Dear Jesus, thank you for your care for me. Help me feel you with me today. Help me care well for others today in your strength. Amen
