Elevate: Raising the Bar for Conversations About Creating Contentਨਮੂਨਾ

What you focus on shapes who you are. Think of your mind and heart like a garden. If you fill it with negativity, anger, or selfishness, those things will grow like weeds. But if you focus on things like love, kindness, and positivity, you'll grow something beautiful. We tend to crave the things we fill our minds with often, don’t we? If you fill your mind with gossip, violence, or empty entertainment, you'll crave more of it. But if you focus on things that help you grow—like truth and learning from Jesus—you’ll start to crave more of that instead. What you value most will lead your life. So, if you value things that really matter, like purpose and kindness, your life will reflect that.
This week, think about what you’re “planting” in your mind. What’s one negative thing you can cut out and one positive thing you can add? Choose one small step and try it out!
