Hurtਨਮੂਨਾ

Have you ever tried to sleep, but your brain wouldn’t let you? Your mind was racing with every anxiety, worry, fear, and problem you were facing. All you wanted to do was rest, but you couldn’t stop trying to solve problems in your head. It takes trust to lay down worries for the night. It takes faith to hand them to God and let ourselves rest without worry. But, when we learn to put our problems and fears in God’s hands, we can be confident that God will care for them. Then, we can lie down and sleep in peace again.
Tonight, before you go to bed, write down a list of the worries on your mind. Place them somewhere you won’t see them, like a shoe box or drawer. This symbolizes putting them away or releasing them from your mind for the night. Then, pray to God, not asking that the worries would be solved for you but that you could trust God to hold them for the night.
