Jehovah: A Name of Godਨਮੂਨਾ

Today's name is Jehovah Mekoddishkem, pronounced juh-ho-vuh me-ka-dish-kem. It is found twice in Scripture and means "The Lord Who Sets You Apart". We find it first in Exodus 31:13.
The other time this name shows up is in Leviticus 20:8, "Keep my decrees and follow them, for I am Jehovah Mekoddishkem, who makes you holy."
When God looks at you, He sees someone who is holy. Not because of who you are or what you’ve done but because of who He is and what He’s done. I challenge you today to remember that you are His child, one who has been set apart. See if you can go the entire day without being disappointed in yourself, focusing on your mistakes, or saying negative things about your life. Remember that you have been made righteous.
For an extra challenge read Hebrews 10.
