Friends of Connection

Connection does not just happen overnight. Here are a few things you can do to make connection possible:

- Interest: Jethro was not taken up in his own world, he actually reached out to Moses. Moses also showed interest in what he had to say.

- Courage: Jethro showed courage by asking Moses difficult questions.

- Vulnerability: Both were vulnerable in sharing what they felt.

- Humility: Moses showed humility by listening to what Jethro said, even though he did not have experience in what Moses was dealing with.

Heavenly Father, I ask for the grace of connection and dialogue in my relationships. Let me glorify You. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.
