Embrace the Race: Persevering Through Challenging Timesਨਮੂਨਾ

Choose the Right People
Choosing the right people to surround us on our journey is one of the most important decisions one can make in their spiritual life. We are not called to walk alone but to journey together with other believers. We see one of the most critical choices Nehemiah had to make was to choose people of integrity in charge of the city gates. The gates would be the weakest area the enemy could enter through, so it was vitally important to choose people who would not be bribed or pressured into bending the rules.
Just like it was important for Nehemiah to select individuals who had integrity and feared God, we also need people watching out for the weak areas in our lives and helping us stand guard against the enemy.
Daily Challenge
Ask the Lord to help send you brothers or sisters who can encourage you in your faith and pray for you. Take time to pray for another believer today who God would strengthen and encourage.
