Bricklayers 4ਨਮੂਨਾ

The bricklayers were restoring and repairing. They went to work immediately and immediately they were met with opposition. People in the nearby towns heard about the small movement of people trying to rebuild the wall in Jerusalem. The project was just getting started with a couple of men showing up to see what was going on. “This is a joke. They will never finish. They don’t even know what they are doing.” They fired insults. They criticized. They opposed.
Have you ever tried to be obedient to Jesus, but immediately you were faced with opposition? Are you one who gets extremely excited and passionate about the next thing, but when you are faced with opposition, critique, or an enemy, you raise your hands up in surrender? Stay strong, my friend. Continue to believe in the mission Jesus has given you. Stay strong in your marriage. Stay strong in the friendship that is tough right now. Stay strong in your convictions at work. The enemy is coming. Choose now how you are going to respond.
