Wisdom From Jamesਨਮੂਨਾ

Prayer of Faith
Prayer is powerful and effective. Ordinary people are powerful in prayer, like Elijah. James highlights that the prophet Elijah, whom we consider one of the greats of the Old Testament, was an ordinary everyday man, just like you and me. Great things happen when ordinary people pray—like drought, fire, healing, and provision, to name a few. These things happened when Elijah prayed.
The Lord is our source, our supply. If we understand and have a revelation that prayer is powerful and effective, we will see people healed, atmospheres changed, people encouraged, and situations turned around for good. Do not underestimate the power of your prayer today and its life-altering effect on your life and that of others.
Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, thank you that our prayers are as effective as Elijah’s. Today I pray in faith and believe that you reward my prayer. (Pray from your heart what you believe in God for). In Jesus’ name, amen.
