The Invisible Force
The water washed upon the sand and just as quickly receded. The day was grey. A cloud-filled sky was a reflection of the heaviness within me. Again, the water ran upon the shore, stretching only so far before the pull of the moon dragged it back.
Huh. That’s right, the moon causes the ebb and flow of water, the high and low of tides. A force I cannot see but is as present as the air I breathe.
A mirror of the Invisible Force that keeps us all in a constant rhythm, ebb and flow, of grace, should we choose to immerse ourselves within it.
Only nature has the ability to so accurately display the character of God. His love. His grace. His care for us. Should we have the eyes to see it, the ears to hear it, and the touch to feel it?
