Jesus made some bold claims. He proclaimed that He is God. He was perfect. He told those listening that He was the only pathway to heaven.
Many people want Jesus to simply be a good teacher or a humanitarian. Some want Him to simply act as that cosmic best friend we all want to have by our side. If Jesus were only these things, He would not nor could not make those bold claims about Himself.
Jesus was either who He said He was, or He is a big liar. He said, "I am God."
