Motivation For The Great CommissionVoorbeeld

Day 7: Join Jesus in Drawing People Close
Do not let the Great Commission weigh on you like a heavy burden, friend. It is an invitation to join Jesus in the work of drawing people into His wonderful companionship.
We do so in the midst of everyday life—when things are good, when things are challenging—ever keeping in mind that people are watching our lives and seeing how we live the Jesus life.
May we live in light of the Great Commission, be used of Jesus to “make disciples of all nations,” and help others do the same . . . again, in everyday life.

Over dit leesplan

Perhaps you’ve heard someone talk about the Great Commission to “disciple the nations” (see Matthew 28:18-20) this way: “Jesus had only one plan—His disciples—and if they didn’t do it, it wouldn’t get done!” One might respond, “I feel like it all depends on me!” Let’s look to God's Word to better understand how we might live in light of the Great Commission as disciplemakers and help others do the same!
