What a crazy story! A demon-possessed man comes to Jesus, Jesus heals the man, sends the demons into a herd of pigs, and they all run off a cliff and die.

This story has so much going on that it can be easy to miss how it ends. 

The man who Jesus healed came back and wanted to travel along with Jesus. What did Jesus do? He said, “No, go home to your family, and tell them everything the Lord has done for you and how merciful he has been.”

When Jesus does something in our lives, we shouldn’t keep it to ourselves. We are to share it with others. We need to let others know how awesome God is! As they hear your stories of what Jesus is doing in your life, they may ask questions or want to know more about him.

How have you seen Jesus show up in your life recently? Maybe you had a prayer answered, had something crazy awesome happen, found peace in a stressful situation, learned something cool in your time with God, or had a really great day at school.

Write that thing down and, sometime today, tell someone else about it! Let them know how Jesus is working in your life.
