To view this video, visit your plan at www.youversion.com] For You God did not make it difficult for Adam and Eve to follow Him. He gave them a beautiful garden that was perfect in every way. He commanded Adam to stay away from one, and only one, tree. God doesn’t have terribly complicated rules for you to follow either. Just like Adam and Eve, we have one rule: We are to love God and love others. While not complicated, this rule is not always the easiest to follow. People tend to make loving God and others more complex than it should be, because then they feel better about not doing it. Do you do that sometimes? For Your Child Ask this Question: What do you think is the single greatest thing you can do? (spend a few minutes discussing the answers) The greatest thing you can do for someone is to love them. This may mean a kind word, a pat on the back or high-five, or helping someone in need. If you want to do something that pleases God, show love to one of His children.
