God is my rock, in him will I trust — My shield, and the horn of my salvation, My high tower, and my refuge, My saviour: thou wilt save me from violence.

As for ·God his way is perfect; The word of Jehovah is tried: He is a shield to all that trust in him.

And he said, Jehovah is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer

·God is my strong fortress, And he maketh my way perfectly smooth.

For thou art my lamp, Jehovah; And Jehovah enlighteneth my darkness.
