Releasing The Human Clutch I

Yesterday, we saw that scarcity syndrome is a fundamental obstacle that hinders believers from receiving at the level of God’s extravagant generosity. Once you are persuaded that God gives, heals, forgives, delivers and restores without finding fault in you, you are on your way to experience God’s goodness in an unprecedented way.

Miracles seem scarce not because God is not constantly disposed to intervene in the affairs of His people, but because of the human clutches that get in the way of God. Human clutch is laying hold on everything around our desire except God Himself! You must learn to let go of your human clutch to lay hold on the miracles you have so much longed for.

The human clutch is a misplaced hold in the pursuit of divine intervention. It is the man-made conditions believers create in their mind for the manifestation of their miracle. It can be the preconceived idea of how the miracle should happen. There are those who think their miracle is premised on their human perfection.

You can’t psych God to do what is in His character. It’s God's nature to heal, prosper, deliver and bless you. You don’t have to earn it. Lay hold on His mercy and not your merits.
