BYOML - Redeemed 9 Day Devotionalಮಾದರಿ

Day Eight: Praise God
Rejoicing is a decision. Paul wrote these words while in prison, yet still declared: Rejoice in the Lord always! Our joy is not dependent on circumstances, feelings, or what we see happening around us. Our joy is rooted in who God is. He never changes. He is always faithful. He is always worthy of praise.
When we choose to rejoice, we shift our focus from our problems to God’s greatness. Praise reminds our hearts that God is on the throne, that victory belongs to Him, and that nothing is too hard for Him. Even in trials, rejoicing is a weapon; it strengthens our spirit, lifts our faith, and silences the lies of the enemy.
Today, we are given an opportunity to rejoice. We can make praise our response in every situation! If there are any worries, well, we can let our worship be louder, and we will keep our eyes fixed on Jesus instead. Today, you can choose to rejoice because God is on the throne and through Him, we already have victory!
Prayer:
Lord, I choose to rejoice in You today. You are good, You are faithful, and You are worthy of all my praise. Thank You for the victory I have in You. Even when life feels uncertain, I declare Your goodness and lift up Your name. Let my life be marked by continual praise and joy in You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
