Come, Follow Me: A 30 Day Journey With Jesusಮಾದರಿ

Jesus taught in the Temple courts during the Feast of Tabernacles and the teachers of the Law are divided as to who Jesus represents. One morning as Jesus is teaching a crowd, a woman accused of adultery is brought in. The teachers of the Law hope to trap Jesus with a question about the appropriate punishment for the woman. Instead of answering, Jesus stoops down and begins writing in the dirt. At the persistent questioning, Jesus straightens up and tells anyone who is sinless to cast the first stone. He then bends back to his writing in the dust. The courts are empty, only Jesus and the woman remain. With her accusers gone, only her shame holds the woman to her place. Jesus releases the woman, not just from her punishment, but from her true prison.
