Elisha asks her what she has in her house, and she tells him that all she has is a small jar of oil. Elisha then instructs her to borrow empty jars from her neighbors and pour her oil into them. The widow's faith in God and obedience to Elisha leads to a miraculous multiplication of the oil, which she sells to pay off her debts and support her family. This story demonstrates that when we trust God in our most dire financial situations, He can provide for us in ways that defy human logic.
