When you live submitted to God, then you’ll see God elevate and promote you in the right way and the right timing. Too often, we try to self-promote and strive to get ahead, but that doesn’t fulfill and never lasts. When God promotes you, then nothing can stop you. The Bible calls us to humble ourselves before God because it’s a choice of faith to trust God’s goodness and timing more than ours.
