Back to the Basics 365ნიმუში

In the Bible, baptism was always performed shortly after salvation. It is every Christian’s opportunity to publicly declare his allegiance to Christ. In Acts 2:41, Peter preached in Jerusalem and three thousand souls got saved. These new believers were baptized soon after. The same is true with the keeper of the prison and his household in Acts 16:30-33. As seen by Biblical examples, salvation should be followed by joyful and immediate obedience to the Lord in the waters of baptism.
If you have accepted Christ as your Savior and have not been biblically baptized, what is keeping you from doing so?
