Writing your story is so impactful. Now that you’ve completed the first three fingers of permission, before Christ, and turning point, let’s do the fourth one! This is the easiest and most fun one to share:
Finger 4: "After Decision"
This is the most exciting part of your story because it shares the best things God has done for you. Let’s begin by saying:
“Since I’ve met Jesus, . . .”
Finish this sentence by giving three positive changes Jesus has made in your life. As they hear the changes, they will want what you have. Here are some ten-second examples:
“Since I’ve met Jesus, I have new peace, new hope, and the promise of heaven when I die.”
“Since I’ve met Jesus, my life has changed for the better, I have less anxiety, and more joy!”
“Since I’ve met Jesus, I finally have more contentment, new friends, and real purpose.”
Today, take some time to write down now how Christ has changed your life, and then practice all four fingers with a friend until you feel confident. Now you are ready for the last lesson and to start sharing your faith!
