Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year Two

DAY 358 OF 365

The LORD your God in your midst, the Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing (Zephaniah 3:17 NKJV).

Do you sing to God as He sings over you?

In Revelation 15, heaven is filled with worship as God’s righteous deeds are unveiled. These saints focus on both the person and work of God. They acknowledge, “Great and marvelous are Your works, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Your ways, O King of the saints!” (Revelation 15:3 NKJV). Even in judgment, His ways are flawless, and He deserves our unwavering worship!

Do you have faith that God comprehends the complexities of life when times feel uncertain? His justice, mercy, and love collaborate for the greater good, even when our understanding is limited. I encourage you to dedicate some time today to worship. Take a moment to express gratitude to God for His sovereignty and power!

Employment Point: Sing to the victorious Lord who sings over victorious saints.

About this Plan

Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year Two

Devotions on F.I.R.E. journeys through the Bible in one year. Each day includes a devotion based on Dr. Burge’s F.I.R.E. method of Bible Study. F.I.R.E. stands for Familiarity, Interpretation, Relationship, and Employment. The F.I.R.E. method and the daily devotions help readers remember and apply what they read as they fuel the fire in their hearts for God’s Word—adapted from the book Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year Two, by Dr. Ken J. Burge, Sr.
