The Gift of Graceნიმუში

Grace for Ourselves
Sometimes the hardest person to forgive is ourselves. We replay our mistakes, rehearse our failures, and carry guilt far longer than God intends. But grace says something different: “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:1 KJV).
When we confess our sins, God is faithful to forgive us and cleanse us completely (1 John 1:9). His forgiveness isn’t partial—it’s complete. Psalm 103:12 tells us that He does not treat us as our sins deserve, but He has removed our sins as far as the east is from the west.
If God has chosen to let your failures go, why should you hold onto them? Receiving grace means agreeing with God’s verdict: forgiven, cleansed, and set free. When we embrace that truth, shame loses its grip, and peace takes its place. When we receive His free gift of grace for ourselves first…it is then easier to extend this gift to others as well.
Today, ask God to help you see yourself through His eyes—loved, redeemed, and covered by grace. Let His mercy quiet the accusing voice in your head. Accept this powerful truth. Accept this powerful gift. Loving and accepting yourself allows you to better love and accept others as well.

About this Plan

In a world marked by impatience, arguing, complaining, brokenness and chaos, where can we discover a life shaped by loving kindness? Is there a key that enables us to live in unity, love and true understanding? Can we learn to be patient with one another’s differences and extend compassion across our divides? In this plan, we will explore the GIFT OF GRACE – not only the grace we receive from God, but the grace we are called to give. Together, we’ll see how this divine gift transforms us, heals relationships, and reflects the very heart of Christ in our daily lives.
