Journey With Jesus 365ნიმუში

Why did Jesus curse the fig tree?
As Jesus was walking by a fig tree, he noticed there were leaves, but no fruit. Because of this, he cursed the fig tree to never grow again. When we look at this, we do not understand why He did this, but Jesus was showing his disciples something. Jesus has no room for hypocrisy. The fig tree looked like a normal fig tree, but it was not producing fruit like a fig tree should.
When someone looks at our life, can they see Christ by the fruits of the spirit demonstrated in our life (love, joy, peace, patience, long-suffering). If not, then we need to take a deep look at ourselves and ask why. Will you ask God to produce the fruits of the spirit in your life?
