As we conclude today, the enemy of success with God is either of two things that the devil does in people’s lives: the devil gives you either a bad job or a bad lifestyle. A bad job can be easily corrected, but a bad lifestyle can be dangerous. Laziness, procrastination, and not respecting important things is a bad lifestyle.

Some people are so lackadaisical that life cannot work for them. Isaac had to dig three wells before he got into the place where God had made room for him. If you are ready to push, God will give you room, but if you are not ready to push, they will push you until you get out of your promised land.

Rahab had a bad job and God gave her a new job. She married Salmon of the tribe of Judah and became an ancestress of Jesus; the great lifestyle she had produced Boaz. The wife of the son of the prophet had a respectable job but a bad lifestyle. Have you seen Pastors who are doing a holy job but are lazy? The law of spiritual manifestation is that nothing spiritual will manifest until it has a body to work through.

The blessing of the Lord is a spiritual force, and the body through which it manifests is work. If you do not have work, you can carry the greatest blessing, but it will never show. When you carry the blessing, and you start righteous work, it starts pushing things for you and drawing things toward you.

Prayer: Lord, deliver me from every wrong thinking limiting my success and greatness. I embrace your commitment to my success in Jesus’ name.
