Quick Encouragement for Medical Professionalsნიმუში

Humility is defined as freedom from pride or arrogance.
To work in medicine for the Lord is to work in humility.
If we are working in selfish ambition in medicine, we are missing the point of being a servant to people most in need.
You have a unique position when working in medicine to serve in humility, representing Christ to people who need you (or they wouldn't be there).
We show up each day with the honor of surrendering ourselves and our pride to the Lord in service, counting the people we are called to serve that day as more significant than ourselves.
Lord, we are grateful for Your example as the most humble servant. We ask each day before we work that You give us humility. Let us surrender our selfish ambition at Your feet and serve as You serve. We love You. Amen.
