Ci sembra di non avere la forza di affrontare l'ennesima sfida e ci sentiamo scoraggiati al punto di mollare tutto e accettare la sconfitta senza reagire; come se non bastasse, dentro di noi sentiamo quelle fastidiose parole: "Non ce la farai mai, sei un perdente e sarai sempre un fallito"! Credo che questo piano di lettura possa aiutarti ad affrontare queste debolezze.
