E il Signore fu con Giuseppe, gli mostrò il suo favore e gli fece trovar grazia agli occhi del governatore della prigione. Cosí il governatore della prigione affidò alla sorveglianza di Giuseppe tutti i detenuti che erano nel carcere; e nulla si faceva senza di lui. Il governatore della prigione non rivedeva niente di quello che era affidato a lui, perché il Signore era con lui, e il Signore faceva prosperare tutto quello che egli intraprendeva.
