Telling Your Story

DAY 3 OF 4

Speak Up With Heart

Sharing God’s word boldly doesn’t mean being harsh.

Peter tells us to always be ready to explain the hope we have—but to do it with gentleness and respect. That balance matters. We don’t share the gospel to win arguments or prove people wrong. We share it because it changed our lives, and we want others to experience the same hope.

The best conversations about faith don’t start with a speech. They start with a question. Maybe someone’s curious, struggling, or searching. They ask you a question. When you respond with honesty and kindness, it opens a door for something deeper.

Here’s the best part: you don’t need a perfect script. You don't need to memorize a thousand verses. You just need to be ready, willing, and looking for the opportunity to share the hope you have. God will use your story, your perspective, and your love to point people to him.
