Greatest Journey!

DAY 4 OF 4

Tell Others

The Good News of Jesus is so important we must never stop telling others.

When we receive a great gift, it is normal to want to tell others about it. We become excited about the gift and want to show others and tell them about this great gift!

Do you remember the Great Gift God gave us and the Good News we all should tell people?

After Jesus died and God raised Him back to life, He sent His disciples out into the world to tell people the Good News about what He had done to save us from our sin problem. The book called Acts in the Bible has stories about where the disciples went and what they did. The disciples are also called apostles.

The next story is about the apostle Peter and some of the other apostles. They were very excited to tell people about Jesus.

Some authorities at the time were not so happy about the apostles doing this.

Would the apostles be successful in sharing the Good News, or would they be stopped?

You can read this story in Acts 5:17-42.

Today’s Bible video shows Jesus’ apostles on their mission to spread the Good News that Jesus is the Messiah.
