Simple Prayer: How to Pray Like JesusSýnishorn

Forgive and Protect Us
The Joy of Forgiveness
Read: Psalm 32
"Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered." (Psalm 32:1 NIV)
Devotional Thought:
There is deep relief in knowing we’re forgiven. Psalm 32 describes the physical and emotional burden of unconfessed sin—and the joy that comes when we lay it down. We don’t have to hide from God. When we confess, we are met with grace, not condemnation.
Reflection Activity (Examen Step: Gratitude):
As you reflect this evening, name three moments from your day that you’re thankful for. Where did you experience grace or undeserved kindness? Let gratitude grow your trust in God’s mercy.
Prayer:
Lord, thank you that in you, I find true freedom. Help me not to carry guilt that you have already removed. Fill me with the joy of your grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
