Jesus gives us strength and courage! Even when something seems too hard or scary, we can remember He is our Rock and Helper. With Him, we can do BIG things—run strong and leap high!

Go outside and do 3 big jumps while shouting “Hallelujah!” Then draw a picture of yourself running with Jesus beside you.
