Day 5: The Key to the Kingdom of Heaven
Jesus Himself is the key to the kingdom of heaven. He is the One who opens the way to eternal life and access to God. Without Jesus, we are locked out from the presence of God. But through His sacrifice, we have been given the key to a relationship with the Father. This key means that salvation is only through Christ. As we receive Jesus as our Savior, we are granted access to the kingdom of heaven, where God’s power and promises are made available to us.
Testimony:
Tom lived his life without truly understanding who Jesus was. When he heard the gospel explained to him, he accepted Christ as his Saviour. This key of salvation completely changed his life and his eternal destiny. Suddenly his life gained purpose and direction, and God started working powerfully through him.
Prayer:
Jesus, thank You for being my Key to eternal life and access to God. I trust You as my Savior and Lord. Lead me closer to the Father and help me to walk in Your truth.
