Legacy: Living Stones, Lasting Impact

DAY 5 OF 8

DAY 5: Make Room for Legacy

Legacy doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built by intention, and it starts by creating margin.

To live as a legacy builder, we need to rethink how we use our time, talent, and treasure. If we consume everything we have—every dollar, every hour, every gift—there’s nothing left to bless others or sow into the future. God’s Word says a good person leaves something behind for the next generation. That inheritance isn’t just financial—it’s spiritual, relational, and practical.

Fear often stops people here. It whispers, "You can’t afford to give. You don’t have time. You’re not enough." But fear robs us of impact. Faith creates space—for friendship, for ministry, for generosity.

Creating margin doesn’t mean lack—it means living with vision. It’s what turns a life of survival into a life of significance. Margin is what makes room for God’s legacy to unfold through your story.

Reflection Questions:

  1. Where do you need to create more margin—in time, talent, or treasure?
  2. Are you living as a consumer or a contributor in the Kingdom of God?
  3. What’s one change you can make this week to leave space for legacy?
