God has invited you into an incredible life full of joy! This joy isn’t about things being great in our lives or getting everything we think we want. This kind of joy is even better. It’s the kind that stays with you no matter what happens. How? Through God’s Spirit at work in us! Because of that, we can enjoy the full life God promises us with a joy that stays with us even when things are hard.
Make a list of the things that bring you joy in your life right now. As you write them down, be sure to thank God for each one. Even if it feels awkward, try holding out your hands while asking God to help you experience the joy of God’s presence in your life.
