All For His GloryEgzanp

Our passage for today follows one of the most famous stories in the Bible: David and Goliath. David’s courage to take on Goliath was built on the fact that he had seen great victories as a shepherd. Also, though, David had developed such a relationship with God that he was shocked that Goliath would dare to say such things against the armies of Israel. He was determined that the God he served was greater than he who he saw in front of him, a man over 9 feet tall!
David defeated Goliath and was the catalyst for a great victory for Israel. Sometimes it takes one person believing, in the fact of adversity, that the God they serve is bigger.
As we have seen from earlier passages this week, God’s glory is great and majestic. This is the kind of God we worship. We can see his glory revealed through our lives!
Today, as we pray, let’s say to God that we are available to be used by him to see his glory revealed through our lives.

The first week focuses on defining God's glory, the second week on what it means to be a carrier of God's glory through the Holy Spirit, and the third week looks at what it means to live a life of worship.
