What are you clothed with? Most of our minds automatically go to brands, styles, and trends...which makes perfect sense. Now, there are some more important things that we clothe ourselves with as well. Do you want to know what you’re really clothed with? Think about your answer to this question: When other people see you do they see things like compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience? Your answer to this question reveals what your life and actions are clothed in. Are you clothing yourself with the kinds of characteristics that show you are following Jesus?
Today, talk to your small group leader and ask them about what kind of characteristics you’re wearing. If they see opportunities for you to grow in a specific area, ask them for advice on how to clothe yourself in more of that characteristic throughout your daily life.

Change can make us ask “Am I strong enough to face this?” or “Why do I have to go through this?” These devotionals will challenge you to rethink how you view change, and we’ll explore how God’s commitment to us doesn’t change, even if everything else does.
