Have you ever been really thankful for something? Maybe it was a gift, or a favor, or a person who is just awesome. How did you express your gratitude, joy, and praise? Maybe it was your reaction when you unwrapped it. It could have been the text you sent as a “thank you.” Maybe you even started going out of your way to show someone how much they mean to you. When we’re moved by what someone else does for us, we often do everything we can to show him or her just how grateful we are. This is why Jesus deserves everything we’ve got. He died and rose again to allow us to thrive in life both now and forever. Today, take some time to write out how awesome He is, and keep it somewhere that will serve as a reminder to give Him the praise He deserves as often as you can.
