Hope Devotional In ASLEgzanp

In the New Testament, we see hope as Jesus our Savior who has redeemed us from our sins. After Jesus ascended into heaven, He left something behind for us to always remember He is with us and He will never leave us; the Holy Spirit. Jesus knew He couldn’t stay on earth forever. If Jesus were to be here today, there would be so many people who would never have the opportunity to know Jesus unless they met Him. Jesus knew He would be doing more good by going home to heaven and giving us His Spirit. Now Jesus can be with everyone through His Spirit. And because He gave us His Spirit, we have hope that one day we will be face-to-face with Jesus Christ in heaven, worshiping and praising our Savior, giving Him all the glory!! When we accept Jesus into our lives, we accept the faith, love, and hope that comes with it.
Challenge: Do you know Jesus? Have you accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior? Do you believe He has blessed us with His Spirit? Answer these honestly and spend some time in prayer that the Lord would open the eyes of your heart, and that you want to know more about Christ.
