Ask for Help
Addictions, habits, or negative attitudes can wear you out. If you need deliverance from some wrong behavior, the Bible teaches that the Holy Spirit is your Helper (see John 14:16).
Confess your need to God, and ask Him to deliver you.
He may lead you to confess your faults to other believers whom you can trust to pray for you. The Word says that we are to confess our faults to one another so that we may be healed and restored. If you are out of control in some area, be honest about it. Today can be your day of deliverance.
