Often times we don’t feel worthy of God’s blessing and we search for validation in all the wrong places. Sometimes we treat things that should be coveted and protected as “common currency”. We look for worth and value in all the wrong sources. Our performance does not dictate whether or not we get the “good” labels, but Jesus actually gives us the ability to give a new label to our situation. There is a label from heaven that calls us worthy. It has been given to us from God Almighty from a place of perfect love.

Questions:

1. What are some ways you may be striving to earn the label of “worthy” through what you do or from those around you? What does God say about you?

2. If God says you are worthy, how does it affect the way you view and interact with others? How does it impact how you treat other people?

3. If every person in the world lived with a revelation of worth, how would our world look different? How can you help this to be a reality?
