Elisha shows kindness by providing for a couple of women. For a culture that doesn’t place a lot of value on women, it’s helpful to see these stories and understand that God cared for women in this way. Both women are examples of strong faith, and they are rewarded because of it.

Who do we overlook that could be examples of strong faith: the uneducated, the poor or disabled? Ask God to open your eyes to those you may not be noticing.
