Have you ever come upon a roadblock while in the car? It’s usually a sign that something unsafe is ahead, and you need to take a different route. If you keep going on that same road, it won’t be a good outcome. While He doesn’t use actual roadblocks in our lives, God has given us other people in our lives to help steer us away from the paths that are dangerous for us—the paths that may lead us to sin. Our friends, our Small Group Leaders, our siblings, and even our parents can all act as help to encourage us away from giving into temptation and toward the path of God. Who is the person like that in your life? Thank them this week for their support that keeps you on the right path.
